About Me

I am a Cross-Cultural Communication consultant with over 11 years of experience in operations who works with professionals at any level in their career to develop and improve their strategic planning, processes, and other operations-related projects. I help executives better understand their teams and themselves from an intercultural perspective which leads to higher productivity, deeper relationship building and strategic partnerships at home and abroad.

I believe that remote, globally-distributed teams are here to stay and that the most successful professionals will be those that establish clear communication practices with their asynchronous teams. 

I have been consulting globally distributed teams within the retail and eCommerce realm since 2012.

My list of clients include The Textile Museum (Washington, D.C.), The Smithsonian Institution, The Council of Fashion Designers of America as well as dozens of startups based in the US, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland and France.

I am a certified Project Manager and am certified in Lean Six Sigma. I speak English, Spanish and French.
